EL PRÍNCIPE Y EL MENDIGO is a free book in Spanish that consists of two stories: "El Príncipe" and "El Mendigo". The book was written by Mark Twain and first published in 188.
In the first story, the main character is a prince, named "El Príncipe", who is the son of the king of a small country called "Euskirche". His father wants to make him king of a larger country, so he leaves his home and goes to the city of "Gacis" to meet the people who will help him. In the meantime, the people of Gacis make him their king, and he must rule over them and protect them from the enemy, the "Necromantes", who want to kill them and take their land.
In the second story, the main character is a pauper, named "El Mendigo", who is the son of the king of a small country called "Burgos". He has to leave his home because the enemies, the "Necromantes", are going to invade it.
